Tehran is prepared to restart nuclear discussions with the United States provided that it is handled with "dignity" and "honor", Tehran's top diplomat has stated.

The Iranian diplomat stated only diplomacy produced results, and disclosed new appeals had been made by mediators to reopen discussions with the US government. He claimed Iran possessed no unreported enrichment locations, and Iran had not yet reached a point to permit the global atomic watchdog to visit attacked atomic facilities for security reasons.
